Betfair Pirate Final Review
Betfair Pirate is an automated laying system for horse racing, all you need to do is set up the bot and leave it to run and do its thing, and hopefully return later to see a profit in your betfair account.
Unfortunately that didnt happen often enough.
Setting up of the Betfair Pirate bot was quick and easy to do and starting it each morning took less than a minute, you can leave it running for longer than a day but I closed it down after each days racing.
The price of the lays was never bigger than 6.0 or 5/1 on betfair and I think the lowest was 3.5 or 5/2.
The Betfair Pirate bot ran fine for all of the trial and performed really well, but the problem with Betfair Pirate is whats inside the bot.
Whatever the bot is looking for in order to find a lay is not working, and I know that on another reveiw site they contacted the author, and then ran another bot with revised rules in order to improve the strike rate, but that didnt last long as the results showed no signs of being any better, and then it was taken down.
I started with a bank of £1500 and at the end of the trial it had dropped to £1053, using £10 per point this means we lost 44.7pts and almost a third of the bank.
I have just been to his website and see that he is asking for £117 for 3 months (£39 per month) for something that over the last 75 days has lost you nearly a third of your bank.
Despite all the hype that surrounded this on a number of sites including a very popular reveiw site, it doesnt work and should be left alone.

I agree with this conclusion. I subscribed to the original system bot after reading a very positive review, but stopped using it after sustained losses to my paper trading bank. A few months later the authors withdrew the system and later produced a modified version they claimed would be a winner. Well, like a fool, I signed up for it and it is no better than the original, so I cancelled my subscription a few days ago. However, I am making money from Favourites Phenomenon and a couple of systems I have developed by my own efforts. I don’t think I will ever buy another system.
