Day 8
Yesterday’s Legacy System selection trotted home a sorry fourth but the Saver selection – er – ’saved’ the day with an evens (SP) winner, so the bank is intact.
A bit more on the agenda today, with two Legacy and two Saver selections. Fingers crossed, back tomorrow.
March 11th, 2010 — Daily Round Up
Day 3. We have no selections today for the system which tends to take 10 – 20 minutes to check through on a daily basis depending on how busy a day it is and can be done the night before using the Sporting Life or whilst eating your cornflakes. This will be interesting during the crossover period as a lot of these trainers are more than capable of getting a good first run out of their horses at some decent prices so we shall see what we shall see. Yesterdays winner for the record was a jockey at a certain course and not a trainer and there are no minimum or maximum prices to mess about with either. This system is on sale for £ 95.00 so it will need to show us the money honey!

March 10th, 2010 — Daily Round Up
Day 2. We had 9 selections today with one non-runner, one winner and seven outright losers. Our winner was the first one on my list which was encouraging at bsp odds of over 8.0 making a nice profit but we had seven subsequent and pretty bad losers so we were down slightly at the end of the day. The system claims a 30% strike rate so at decent odds it wouldn’t surprise me that this would plod on nicely as todays 12.5% sr brought us just under even for the day. I will use the standard blog £ 1000 bank I think because of the likely number of bets especially at the weekends giving us a 100 pt betting bank at £ 10 per bet.

March 10th, 2010 — Daily Round Up
5 out of 6 winning place bets today and secured some reasonable odds and managed a 1.12 pt profit after a full stake loser so chipping away and slowly edging ahead in a consistent fashion which is what it is all about. I must admit like most strategies they take some getting used to in the beginning but this one does seem much easier to work the more I use it. Correction sorry it was 1.28 pts profit today and looking at some other figures I had.

Nothing for today.
March 10th, 2010 — Daily Round Up
Day 8
Short and sweet today. Yesterday produced 2/2 winners for the Legacy System at SP odds of 11/10 & 5/2. A healthy £36.00 increase to the bank, now standing at £147.25, at £10.00 stakes. This is more like it.
One Legacy and one Saver selection for today. Back tomorrow.

Day 23
One selection today for System1 but the price was outside the limits. For the record the horse finished 10 th out of 11 runners.
March 9th, 2010 — Daily Round Up
A hit and miss day today and did 6 races and ended up losing 0.56 of a point with two going astray despite the indicators pointing me in the right direction. I checked the form out of habbit on these and were horses under a penalty on not ideal going so went well but regressed quickly near the finish. This is a part of the strategy doesn’t cover any form whatsoever and just relies on prices in-running. I couldn’t get my stop losses in quick enough but is only the first losing day so not complaining and would probably have more profit than this by now if I had the time to do more races over the course of each day.

I hope Sam won’t mind me putting this post up but have noticed a couple of systems that we tested and that appear to be no longer up for sale via Sportworld Publishing. The first is the Quick On The Draw System that I personally failed miserably a while ago despite the internet marketing hype and one that Ivor tested and approved called the Bookie Demolisher. These systems may still be available for sale by the author and are no longer involved with Sportworld Publishing no doubt to contract expiry or for whatever reason or maybe they just don’t work anymore like systems have a habbit of doing when you try to achieve the published results.. Don’t get fooled by the hype is my point and be patient until it is fully tested before parting with your hard earned dosh..
March 9th, 2010 — Daily Round Up
Day 1. I figured I would start today and encompass some weekend action but just a few stats to keep you amused meantime. This is a very easy to impliment system and can be done the night before and you can use the betfair sp so suitable for 9-5ers. The system claims over 3500 pts over the past 3 years and I presume to be to a level stake so we are expecting an 80 - 100 pt average monthly profit so that will do for starters. We have no results to backcheck in the manual and no mention of betting banks or staking but as this is similar to the Bookie Demolisher in essence I will use a £ 10 per point level stake and all bets are for the win as there is no mention of any e/w action. Some days will be really busy when all the stars line up literally at our particular courses, race types trainers and jockeys. Anyone tried this out so far let us know how you got on. We have no selections today so will see what the rest of the week brings. I have just noticed that the author of this system, Mark Layton is also the author of the Gamekeeper Turns Poacher that is currently being tested. I did mention the similarities to the Bookie Demolisher system which appears to be no longer for sale from Sportsworld Publishing and will find out the reason for this.
March 9th, 2010 — Daily Round Up
Day 7
First, the good news – our second Saver System selection won. Now the bad – the forecast price of 5/4 shortened to 1/4 by the off. Anyone taking SP, as I have to, didn’t see a very meaty return. I’ve no idea what happened, there weren’t any non-runners to depress the price. Still, a win is a win. The bank is a quarter of a point up to £111.25 at £10 stakes.
Two Legacy selections for today, back tomorrow with the results.
March 8th, 2010 — Daily Round Up
I am going to take a look at this system from Sportsworld Publishing which comes in the form of a not best written and not best presented document pdf for the sum of £ 95.00. Obviously if it lives up to the claims then they can write it on a bit of old chip paper as far as I am concerned and this system is along similar lines to the Bookie Demolisher but concentrates on trainers and jockeys for certain courses. A quick look means that you could get your selections in the morning or night before and place your bets at the starting price so seems simple enough for the 9-5ers. I will have a look over the next few days to familiarise myself and look for the usual 30 day test from next Monday.

As always I try to develop this website to cover all aspects of betting, trading our whatever. In recent times we have branched out into the financial side with the LS Trader currently being reviewed by Michael. I have had numerous requests for ” Trade with a day Job” by Markets Mastered so we are going to test this on the blog over the coming weeks and months.
As usual, the manual comes in pdf format and costs £89 with a 3 week money back guarantee and my early dealings with Nick the author I have found to be friendly and most helpful. The manual is designed for those people who like me have to go out to work through the day and because of this we are trading between 5pm and 9pm primarily on the S & P 500 which mainly deals with American Stocks. We will be using one spread betting company and aiming for 20 pips profit per day, at this stage I am going to admit this is completly new to me so it will be a few days before I write any more on this as I need time to get my self up to speed with the different charts and trading signals. The manual is well written with lots of examples and the £89 price tag is reasonable compared with some of the rubbish horse racing systems that are forced upon us for significantly more.
As I say, I’ll report back here in a few days when I’m up to speed and ready to start trading. In the mean time check out ” Trade with a day Job” Here

Day 22
Two selections but one was outside the price limits and the other was unsuccessful losing 2.5 points leaving the running total at 5 points. This was the first losing selection so far.CORRECTION.The loser was a half point bet so lost 1.25 points which leaves the running total at 6.25 points so not quite as bad.
March 8th, 2010 — Daily Round Up
I looked at 10 races and decided to have a go on 7 of them and we had 5 wins 1 break even and one full loss that disapeared before I had chance to hedge out. I was maybe a little early on one of them but got a best price of 1.8 and got the place so okay there and 1.44 pts up today to a level stake. I must point out this is not a system but a strategy which I like but this is very much to do with timing and practice and would appear to be a little knife edge as inplay prices can be quite volatile but like anything the more you do the easier it gets but would definately advise you to play with this one for a while until you got used to it.

March 8th, 2010 — Daily Round Up
Day 6
Our first five days finished with 1 winner, 2 losers, 1 day with no selections and a non-runner on Friday. Our bank of £100 is down 1.25points to £98.75 at £10 stakes. Not too disasterous but nevertheless disapointing after a good start.
HOWEVER! Completely against my expectations I found myself with computer access on both Saturday and Sunday. Initially, given my own Monday to Friday rule, I wasn’t even going to look at the system but on reflection it seemed silly not to.
So – Sunday produced no selections, but Saturday came up with two Legacy and one Saver. We had one winner at 3/1 (SP); taking this into account means that our bank is actually up to £108.75 or 0.875 of a point. The Saver selection lost but its the first we have had so it doesn’t really tell us much one way or the other.
Now, I don’t know if I am going to be able to do the weekend search again but obviously if I can I will. It might just turn out that weekends are the time to use this system.
Anyway, on to today. One selection provided by the Saver system so we will see how it performs. Back tomorrow with the result.

hi all, third time lucky we have 2 trades that i have entered into this morning.
the first one is in the metals market the other is a currency trade.
both trades are long, most will know but for those that dont, it means you hope your trade goes up in price(a short trade will be for it to go down.)
for me to get the access to the trades and log into ig index and open the 2 trades took around 5 mins.
a stop loss is put on all trades to cut your losses if the market goes the wrong way, this is worked out by ls trader for you.
that is it until next week.

Another blank week I’m afraid, none of our teams hitting the desired scoreline and the losses are now £59.29.
The losses at the moment are not huge but the stakes are now starting to grow and a few more weeks without some success and the losses will increase as this is a retreival staking plan.
The next match is on Wednesday

Day 21
One selection today which did come within the allowed odds about 10 minutes before the off and then drifted out again. It proved to be successful so a gain of 0.5 points takes the running total up to 7.5 points. This means 9 out of 9 for System 1 so far.
March 7th, 2010 — Daily Round Up
No lays for the past couple of days as the Psychic boys get ready to unleash their service on the world.
Not only do they have a completely incredible bot but also a totally unique payment system which they will announce very soon.
So it looks like the free trial is just about at an end so I might as well do a wrap on this one.
It all started out as a laying system, the lays were sent to your email address but by the time you got them, yes you guessed it the price was completely different so everybody would be laying at different odds.
This then means that the results they quote on their site will not be accurate.
They then noticed that quite a few losing lays were conceding late goals (last 5 mins or so), and therefore they decided it would be a good idea to trade out at the 85th min if the match was level.
Now I have no problem with that but you need to remember that this was being touted as a super laying service and not a trading service, and was only changed because the laying wasnt working.
Purely as a laying service they are 16.4pts down and thats to the prices quoted on their emails which you would never get, so in reality the figures should be worse than that, and bearing that in mind you would have blown you bank.
The service it seems is going to be a lay, then trade out at 85mins if scores are level service, complete with a bot that you set up and the Psychic boys will fire the bets into for you, so all you have to do is sit back and pull in the money.
Lovely
But wait a moment things may not seem to be as good as they look.
A number of things worry me about these guys.
Firstly they keep changing the service, secondly they still cant get this bot to work properly, and remember this is the bot they will be using to bet with your money, and thirdly after asking countless times as to how much all this is going to cost they still refuse to say, all I have been told is that our marketing man wont let me tell you.
Why the hell not?
This has to go in the failed category.
I will update you with what they decide to charge for this as soon as the marketing man give his permission.
