This is a one off review of Horse Racing Experts which is ran by Matt Bisogno.

Horse Racing Experts or HRE is a “members only club” that I have been a member of since it began just at the end of 2009. Access to HRE is available through a one off payment of £47 and for me this has paid for itself many times over already in the short time I have been a member.

Let me take a moment to explain why; I have been running Online Racing Review for just over a year now and the blogger site before that for nearly two and in that time have managed to test the guts of 100 systems two thirds of which have made their way into the failed section; the price of these systems has ranged from anything around £25 to well over £100 and quite frankly in some cases we have been  left bemused by some of the efforts that have been put before us.

HRE is not a system as such, but rather a place where a collection of “system enthusiasts” have come together to literally bat each others ideas around the table, make comments and then refine them, currently there are approximately 6 system tests going on in the proofing area.

It does get better than this however, upon joining you are given access to various articles some of which delve into the draw bias at All Weather tracks, provide trends for major meetings, analyse trainer form and the newest and one of the best to date focuses around 2 year old races at the beginning of the flat season. In this article Matt has included  a system that in the last five years would have netted a very  tidy profit. Specifically, 79 winners from 282 bets (28.01% strike rate) for a €56.49 return to a €1 level stake. That’s 20% ROI, at SP and  given that these horses won at odds of up to and including 22/1, a much healthier return on  investment could be expected if the betting exchanges were used, this system alone is worth the joining fee.

The single thing in the HRE members area that I have found invaluable consists of over 3 hours of video footage where Matt takes a select few who paid £1997 through the various steps of  horse racing system creation ;

• HOW to create profitable betting systems;
• WHERE to go to do your research for free (or nearly free);
• WHAT to look out for to ensure your findings are reliable!

A pdf is available to download with 20 system angles to use to develop your own systems and these are accompanied by spreadsheets specifically designed to track them.

As you can see tons of information is available at HRE and personally I have backed several winners from the information there, the highest of which was 25/1 and had a Betfair SP of 39.50, at a one off cost of £47 I HIGHLY recommend this as one of the most genuine and value for money products available.
