Final Review
I have been monitoring Profit From Systems lays since the 20th July and I now feel that I have enough information to write up my final thoughts on the service. Firstly, the service costs £35 per month and selections are accessed via a secure members area where you log in with a password etc meaning any trouble that might exist with receiving emails is removed completly.
The aim of the service is to make 8 points per month by laying approximately 3 – 4 horses per day within the price range of 3.5 – 8.0 bsp. Selections are available before 12:30 each day meaning that this probably wouldn’t suit 9-5ers.
How did it compare to it’s expectations?
Well, over the period in which I trialled there were a total of 178 selections with 147 of these being successful lays giving a strike rate of 82.58% and a profit of £2.39 after betfair comissions using £10 level stakes.
My experience of the service has been a roller coaster ride, at one stage we were over 1o points in the red and at another we were over 10 points in the black. There were times when we got onto a good run of successful lays, the biggest being 14 in a row but unfortunately losing lays at bsp’s of over 7.0 on several occassions took the wind from the sails somewhat.
A good and well run service but with the small profit margin and the £35 per month subscription fee the actual loss of the trial was just over £102 meaning I cannot at this moment in time recommend it. I will monitor its progress over the coming months and report my findings.
